Wealth Services Officer
Adviser & Customer Service Team, Wellington
As a part of our team you will provide superior customer service and administration to customers with superannuation policies, retirement income and investment policies. You will also process transactions according to procedural and quality standards and targets, including cash allocation, new members, benefit payments and journals.You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our advisers and customers via telephone or email.
This position requires a high attention to detail and an interest in learning new products and systems. You will enjoy working autonomously to achieve set targets as well as working as part of team to ensure a seamless delivery of high service standards.
To be considered for this role, you will be comfortable working with numbers and systems including Microsoft Word and Excel. You will also have strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience or an interest in financial products and services industries would also be advantageous, as would proven experience in front line customer service roles.
