We are seeking an enthusiastic leader for our team of Administrators who provide a range of services around AXA KiwiSaver, superannuation and investments to our advisers and customers. This is one of two new Team Leader positions we have implemented to drive our quality and service to the next level.

As a Team Leader you will manage day to day operations, including the coordination of work and designing processes to exceed the service expectations of our customers. Working closely with our two Senior Technical Advisers, you will identify and deliver training to improve staff performance and ensure that Administrators take a solutions view to customer requests.  You will also review our systems, products and processes and undertake projects to continue to improve these. Finally, you will maintain excellent working relationships with our financial advisers, other superannuation providers and the Inland Revenue.
