Client Document Centre (CDC), Payments Manager
We are seeking an outstanding leader to join our Advisor & Customer Service Team as the Client Document Centre (CDC) and Payments Team, Manager. This is a great opportunity if you have proven leadership skills within a Financial Services and/or customer service environment.
This role is responsible for leading and developing a team of 12 to achieve agreed service standards and help to drive process improvements in order to deliver an enhanced service experience to both internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing cash receipting, cheque collation and document registration functions,
- Managing a timely and effective adviser and internal mail service,
- Dealing with payment and document registration related incidents,
- Maintaining quality performance and exceptional service standards,
- Ensure all business processes are well documented and updated on a regular basis.
To be successful in this role you will have proven success in leading a highly effective unit of a similar size, have an in-depth understanding of the practices and techniques of workflow management, as well as a tertiary qualification within a business/management discipline, and at least five years professional experience within a Financial Services organisation, particularly with a focus of administration document management and transaction based areas.
